Binder-USA has expanded its Series 768 and 718 M8 product line with new 8-pin panel-mount receptacles. The receptacles provide an ideal solution for applications requiring high pin counts in areas with limited space. The connectors are commonly used for sensors and actuators in the industrial and automation industries.

Binder-USA is pleased to announce the formation of a strategic partnership with OCP Group Inc., OCP Group specializes in designing and manufacturing custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses for automation, instrumentation, medical, and transportation industries. The new alliance between Binder-USA and OCP Group will enhance the potential for both companies to better service their key markets with customized interconnect solutions.

Binder-USA releases the new Series 770 NCC connectors, which are IP67-rated in unmated condition. Applications are primarily in medical and industrial environments where frequent spillages and wash-downs are expected. The panel-mounted receptacle has an internal sliding cap that moves forward and seals the contact area when the plug is disconnected from the receptacle.

Binder-USA has expanded the Series 720 snap-in panel-mount receptacles to now offer dip solder contacts. This addition provides more options for applications requiring a direct assembly to a printed circuit board. The snap-in connectors are ideally suited for commercial and medical applications because of their quick connect and disconnect feature.

Binder-USA has released M12 connectors with a new S-coding design. In order to better transmit power in place of data, Binder has made significant changes to this industry standard M12 connector. By featuring the new S-coding and increasing the contact size the new Series 814 connectors are now ideal for power applications.

Binder-USA has expanded the Series 620 snap-in product line by including color-coded plugs and receptacles. The color-coded connectors help to prevent accidental mis-mating when several connectors are installed on the same equipment. With an OD of only 11.5 mm the Series 620 offers a smaller option to the larger Series 720 snap-in connectors.

Binder-USA introduces the first official line of M12 power connectors with T-coding. The Series 813 connectors use the standard M12 locking thread, but feature a new coding or key to prevent mismating with other M12 versions. Other modifications of the M12 connector have been made in order to increase the maximum rated current, cable and wire size. With these changes the connectors are now even more suitable for power supplies in automation technology.

Binder-USA has expanded its Series 713 and 763 M12 connector line with panel mount connectors featuring screw terminations. With screw terminations it is now possible to attach wires in the field without any special tooling or soldering. This addition is ideally suited for signal and power applications requiring a solderless assembly.

Binder-USA has released a torque wrench for the M8 and M12 Binder overmolded connectors that have the newly designed hexagonal locking ring nut.

Binder-USA is pleased to announce the most recent addition of molded eight-pin cordsets to the M8 sensor connector range. The new cordset is a response to the high demand for smaller connectors that can transmit the maximum amount of signals possible. With the new M8 cordset it is possible to transmit up to 8 signals from a connector that is only 9.7 mm in diameter. The M8 connectors are ideally suited for actuator or sensor applications in the automation industry.
