confirms and guarantees that all components and parts supplied by the company are in accordance with the current EC guidelines for disposed cars (EC guideline 2000/53/EG dated September, 18th 2000).

Substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury and hexahydric chrome (CRVI that are part of paragraph 8, section 2 of the guideline (BGBI 2002 I, S. 2199) and following pages are eliminated.

This confirmation remains valid for all future deliveries of components and assemblies.

As of late 2004 we have started to convert our products to “lead free solder”.

The article descriptions and part numbers have not changed. Shipping packages will be labelled with the ROHS-marker. The change-over for all products manufactured and supplied by the company in accordance with ROHS 2002/95/EG as well as WEEE 2002/96EG regarding the application of lead-free solder will be completed by October 2005.

In addition, according to EC Guideline 2003/11/EC, we do not use any substances that protect against flammability in our production processes.
